For the couple with a vision! If your dream wedding includes florals for your wedding party, personals for family, ceremony and reception flowers (and you not having to lift a finger!) this is the option for you! The sky is the limit, the world is your oyster, all that good stuff.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • two phone consultations, custom proposal and design plan with mood board and color palette recommendations

  • access to Tangled Roots full rental inventory, including arbors and arches, vases, candles etc., + unlimited email contact prior to your wedding day

  • a venue walk-through if desired (location dependent) + coordination with other vendors as needed

    and the peace of mind of knowing that your flowers are in extremely capable hands. My design process is collaborative, seasonal, and based on the look and feel you want to convey as opposed to specific flower varieties. I can’t wait to hear more about your ideas and vibe! Starting at $6,500 for peak season (May-October) with most couples spending an average of $8,000

For Greater Seattle area venues, pricing begins at $8,500 (prior to tax + delivery) and requires a full or partial service wedding planner to manage the event.

WHAT THIS SERVICE ENTAILS:

Full service means just that! From our first meeting, to creating and fine-tuning your design plan, to bringing your vision to life on your wedding day, we take the stress out of setting up your fresh floral vision. Flowers should be FUN!

We handle all on-site set up of your ceremony and reception flowers (and candles if you book them through us!), provide all the rental vases needed, move any ceremony pieces that can be repurposed into your ceremony space, and return at the end of the evening to collect all our rentals and clean up the flowers. We even offer “mini bouquets” for some of your guests to take home at the end of the evening if you like and venue timelines allow!

By choosing Full Service design, you’re also choosing peace of mind that all the little details will be handled by professionals who know to look for them. No candles to unwrap or wicks to trim, no stickers to remove from vases, no washing anything after the wedding ends, and no worries about containing open flames for venue compliance!
