RENTALS RETURN AND CARE OF ITEMS

Thank you so much for renting items from me for your beautiful day! Here is information to help you repack and care for items after your celebration.

Your florist will wash and clean all rental items after they are returned. Clients are not responsible for washing or cleaning wax/soot/dirt etc off of rental items, only the proper care and packaging of all items to ensure their safe and undamaged return. Damage, breakage, or loss will result in additional fees. We appreciate your care in handling them!

Timing: Clean up after a wedding takes a fair bit of time. Designate a trusted person to be in charge of repackaging items with 1-2 assistants helps to keep things on track with your venue’s clean up timeframe. I recommend allowing a minimum of one hour to avoid rushing.

Care Instructions:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ALLOW ALL GLASSWARE AND WAX TO PROPERLY COOL PRIOR TO HANDLING AND PACKAGING! These items become quite hot, please use care to prevent burns/fires. 

CANDLES

*Hurricane Candle Vases: Please pack vases into their box sleeves by size. Support the bottom of the box when carrying, these items can get very heavy with candles still inside them. 

*Glass Chimneys: These are packed one of two ways- either in upright boxes or styrofoam packs that sleeve into their cardboard homes. Styrofoam packs are size-specific, while upright boxes can be packed in any order. 

*Votives: pack these into their boxes (12 per box).

*Candlesticks: these also pack into their size-specific box.

BUD VASES

*Please repackage all empty bud vases in their provided boxes or restaurant rack. We handle all washing!

VASES/VESSELS

*Please package these, empty, in provided boxes or crates. Your florist will give you instructions for their care prior to leaving the venue. 

Please use care when packing these items into your vehicle. Please do not stack glassware.

When you are ready to return your items, please text me to coordinate a drop off time so I can be here to receive them and help you unload. Phone number and address will be provided prior.

If you are able to retain the chicken wire structures inside the vases, that is appreciated as we reuse them often. However we understand that venue time constraints occasionally hinder that possibility!
